Job Description :
- Manage out bond call projects for sponsored solution division to reach out to new potential LSS sellers at Company and existing LSS sellers.
- Communication to new potential seller (non-adopted) is to share awareness about LSS product solution, program & promo offering (if available) and get them to adopted LSS, top-up the balance and activate the campaign.
- Communication to existing/adopted seller is to have top-up reminder (balance seller) and campaign activation and as well share awareness about LSS product solution updates as needed.
- Manage overall customer interaction operation excellence while keep maintaining daily call target
- Ability to effectively communicate recommendation and manage to achieve the success rate target.
- Answering all questions from sellers and provide solutions to the problems.
- Collect all feedback from sellers and consolidate into a daily progress report.
- Identity and analyze prospected seller to be have a prioritization and follow up proactively.
- Provides weekly performance reports by analyzing, and summarizing data and trends and giving the recommendation.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Rp6,000,000 per month
