Junior coordinator of the Museum of the Senses
We are looking for someone who:
- Is communicative and outgoing
- Enjoys interacting with people
- Can solve problems on the go
- Wants to learn and grow in the career path
Position Description:
- Communication with visitors (on exhibits and merchandising we offer)
- Ticket sales at the box office
- Merchandising sales to visitors (the shop is a part of the Museum)
- Touring groups visit the Museum (these may be tourist groups from abroad, schools, and summer camps)
- Birthday parties organization (B-Day party celebrations are offered in the museum for kids)
- Keeping the exhibits clean (mirrors and such)
- Virtual reality service (explaining the offer and starting the service)
Required skills:
- Communicating with visitors and ensuring the best possible visitor experience
- Responsibility and punctuality, love of order
- Ability to react quickly
- Time flexibility (we are open daily, including all holidays and weekends)
Required education and skills:
- Completed at least secondary school education with a high school diploma (ideally a school focused on tourism, hospitality, retail, or the entertainment industry, but this is not a requirement)
- English language B2, Czech language B2 (or lower), or any other language a great advantage
