- Make all arrangements for courses/conferences (enrolment, travel, hotel, etc.) and ensure all relevant information is communicated to all interested parties.
- Update the personnel and training records for all assigned staff.
- Handle queries received in the group mailboxes.
- Review and process applicable training-related invoices.
- Process Flag State Endorsement applications.
- Issue activity report.
- Assist and handle queries related to the CBT database.
- Prepare and submit reports to all relevant parties when necessary.
- Support the management of the Learning Hub.
- Contribute to People Development Team activities in the Employee Relations Program.
- Assist in all training-related tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree graduate
- Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience working in a multinational/global company, shipping, or oil & gas company is an advantage
- Resourceful, self-driven, and work independently within own discipline and provide professional support to stakeholders
- Excellent teamwork and leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, time management, project management, and decision-making skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- High degree of efficiency, flexibility, accuracy, and timeliness
- Strong attention to details
- Excellent customer service
- Understanding of business processes and functions

Salary: Php350,000.00 - Php500,000.00 per year
