We are looking for an experienced, well collected and organized Student Support Officer in Enugu to join our growing Overseas Team and take our company and platform to the next level!
Position: Student Support Officer
Location: Okpara Avenue, Enugu State.
Time: 8am-5pm (Office Work) M-F.
The Student Support Officer's responsibilities are as follows:
- Record keeping, report writing, available to take students' concerns and escalate where necessary:
- Developing schedules to help the student select, apply, and be admitted to colleges and universities.
- Managing students' and families' expectations throughout the university selection and application process
- Ensuring deadlines are met and detailed reports are submitted in time to your line manager.
- Represents Green Solution and our partner institutions at various events, speaking to current and prospective students and families about our services
- Project management skills, result driven and able to learn new skills. Bring a Business Development (Hunting) mentality to the manager role to help drive more growth and expand existing relationships.
- Autonomous self-starter, with the ability to work independently within a team-based environment
- Aptitude for prioritizing tasks with attention to detail to ensure information accuracy; multi-tasking and meeting deadlines.
- Experience working with educational consultants directly; considered a bonus
- Experience working with a CRM; considered an asset.
- Good interpersonal relationships with clients and staff.
- Excellent use of English, good computer skills, and excellent communication skills
- Candidates must be young, energetic, and have good office etiquette.
