E-Commerce Executive
Education: Bachelor's in Marketing or relevant field
Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience.

The Role:
- Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics operations for processing of order pickups, deliveries, and payments.
- Work with Brands team and teams like advertising, creative and social media for creating effective strategies.
- Build relationships with key clients and customers.
- Assist in analyzing and reporting of sales.
- Learning and handling CRM tools.
- Keeping themselves up to date with the latest tools of E-Commerce.
- Coordinate with merchandising and logistics teams to manage inventory.
- Keep all stakeholders updated on any delays with respect to collection, inventory, or production.
- Follow up on the production of existing orders.
- Provide accurate daily reporting against all orders placed, In processing, delivered, payment pending, QA
- Provide accurate reporting daily against each communication managed by them as well as update team
- Update sales reports, payment claim reports, and any other key reports related to order management on relevant platforms.
- Prepare Daily Sales Report QSR (Order Delivered, Returned & Cancellation Report).
- Order Cycle Management:
- First contact, follow-up communication, input and processing of orders, payments, balance payments, production, quality check, and delivery.
- Maintain Strong follow-up on Leads.
- Act as first POC for customer complaints, escalation, and resolution.
- Handle all customer inquiries on all digital platforms.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the brand and the customer.
- Ensure record keeping of all customer contacts.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs of customer management.
