TASK RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and deliver high-quality technical/business solutions across Cargolux Business Units according to their unique needs.

Provide an estimation of assigned activities.
-
Perform tasks such as configuring, testing, data manipulation and documentation.
-
Provide users with professional quality service.
-
Design and configure Dynamics 365/Power Apps solutions based on out-of-the-box features.
-
Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open-source tools.
-
Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs. Monitor debugging process results.
-
Be a team player working closely with other members of service delivery.
-
Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet users’ needs.
-
Update the Product owner regularly about the processing of assigned activities.
-
Build interfaces using Dynamics 365/Power Apps and/or REST APIs.
-
Build data migration scripts using tools like SSIS or ADF.
-
Build and support existing and new Power Apps projects.
-
Design and configure Dynamics 365/Power Apps solutions based on complex business requirements with multiple customizations, plugins, and integration.
-
Manage and use DevOps continuous integration (CI) and continuous development (CD) pipelines.
- Support the implementation of standards and practices across Cargolux’s Dynamics 365 environments and teams.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
-
Technical diploma in IT; a bachelor’s degree in computer science would be considered a strong advantage.

Ideally have a first similar work experience.

Experience with the Power Platform suite of tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages)

Experience in Web API development using C#.
-
Experience with Dynamics 365 apps such as Sales, Customer Service and Marketing.
-
Experience in customizations using JavaScript/Typescript, C#, HTML, SQL Server.

Ability to manage the Power Platform environments on a day-to-day basis (security, incidents, developments, etc.)
-
Comfortable using Visual Studio and Git.

Familiarity with ETL technologyes and ETL developments.

Software development best practices and methodologies, e.g. Agile, Scrum.

Highly self-motivated and directed with keen attention to details and an ability and willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems and processes.
-
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities and the ability to work in a team.
- Willing to stay up to date with evolving technologies and development languages.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
-
Full-time, permanent contract position based in our HQ in Luxembourg.
-
The position demands a regular presence in the office. Flexibility may be needed with working hours. The position holder is member of the on-call team for D365 support.

Occasional travel may be required.
- A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection.
