We are looking for an enthusiastic Operations Coordinator to join our team to support our Project Manager in our Palmerston North Office. This role is a key part in supporting business growth and change.
You will be responsible for supporting the team with coordinating and tracking jobs from start to finish.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Processing of Scope of Works/Scoping Reports/Work Schedules
- Calculation of Job costing – Quotations, Tenders
- Communication with Clients/Sub-Contractors/Suppliers/Staff
- Job Planning and Scheduling in conjunction with the Project Manager.
- Key stakeholder coordination.
- Invoicing / Claims preparation and submission
- End-to-end job coordination.
Requirements
- Proven administrative skills
- Experience using job management and planning software (MS Project) and MS Office products.
- Construction industry experience preferred but not essential.
- Exceptional communication ability via email and phone.
- Ability to work at pace with strong attention to detail.
- Strong customer-centric focus.
