::: KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :::

Strategy & Branding

• Develop and execute Thailand's annual communications strategy
• Be a brand guardian. Ensure consistency and execution of all collateral and other material, and follow global brand guidelines and coordinating with global company brand manager
• Develop, organize and deliver communications activities to increase brand awareness and build reputation among key stakeholder groups in Thailand

Crisis Management

• Keep Thailand's crisis & emergency communications manual updated and ensure well understanding among relevant parties
• Prepare and execution of crisis communication plan when an incident breaks out
• Manage PR agency to ensure their proficiency in handling crisis communication for company

Internal & External Communications

• Design and develop internal communications for company employees in order to promote company policy, corporate culture and brand image, etc.
• Plan, edit and write articles for external and internal communications channels i.e. advertorial, social media, company website, employee magazine, intranet, speeches, press releases, and other materials and etc.
• Manage day-to-day PR, media and communications work including media relations, press release, press conference, interview and communications material translation
• Plan and execute company events, conferences, exhibitions and etc., in line with company brand policies and strategies
• Prepare and update company communication materials such as factsheet, brochure, website and video both in Thai and English
• Provide input, write and edit content for Corporate Sustainability report
• Design artwork collaborative materials for promotion such as intranet graphic, brochure and ads, website heading, roll up, presentation board and etc.

CSR

• Support supervisor to implement CSR and sponsorship projects and assist on government and community engagement programs
• Manage, arrange CSR project implementation, and support CSR employee engagement
• Assist team to promote CSR both internal and external through various channels.
• Create write up summary and article, speech, leaflet as requested.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Support supervisor in the implementing of company stakeholder engagement activities to support company operations and reputation
• Assist Government and Public Affairs team to perform annual stakeholder engagement plan (overall), stakeholder identification, Stakeholder and community visit, monitoring result and etc.
• Manage corporate gifts for external stakeholders
• Facilitate company VIP guests for visiting trips, event attendance and etc.
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Health, Safety, Quality & Environment

• Ensure compliance to all relevant health, safety, quality and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude
• Comply with Company's OMS policies.
• Promote an effective safety culture.

:: QUALIFICATIONS :::

Knowledge & Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Masters degree in communications, CSR or Public Affairs, Art, or related fields.
• Communications professional with at least 5-7 years experience in communication management, exposure to branding, and communication tools.
• High proficiency level in professional English (TOEIC of 900 points or more is preferable)

Experience:

• Past participation/training in an incident command system (such as IMO oil spill response training) will be viewed as an asset
• Experience in energy sector with knowledge of upstream oil & gas business an advantage.

Skills:

• 
  Good project and time management, able to handle various projects and activities simultaneously.
• Good communication and presentation skills, attention to detail.
• High proficiency level of speaking and writing in English and Thai.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and In-Design software.
