Responsibilities:

Product Promotion and Sales:

  • Promote and detail Standard Generics Limited's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the features, benefits, and proper usage of our products.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to increase product adoption and sales.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and product-related queries.

Market Intelligence:

  • Gather market insights and feedback from healthcare professionals and customers to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams.

Territory Management:

  • Plan and prioritize sales activities to maximize coverage and reach sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand market share.

Product Training and Education:

  • Stay updated on the latest medical and scientific information related to our products and their therapeutic areas.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for healthcare professionals to enhance their understanding of our products.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory performance.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and share insights with the sales management team.

Compliance and Ethical Practices:

  • Adhere to all ethical guidelines and regulations while conducting sales activities.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant pharmaceutical industry codes and standards.

Event Participation:

  • Represent Standard Generics Limited at medical conferences, seminars, and other industry events.
  • Engage with healthcare professionals and potential customers during these events.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the marketing, medical affairs, and other teams to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
  • Provide input and feedback to assist in the development of marketing materials and strategies.

Continuous Professional Development:

  • Continuously enhance your product knowledge, selling skills, and industry insights through self-directed learning and training programs.
