The Human Resource professional role will be responsible for managing and developing HR policies, programs, and practices across the Oil & Energy industry. The successful candidate will work closely with E-Talent's clients to provide industry-leading advice and solutions for their HR needs.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and practices for the Oil & Energy industry
- Deliver HR services and support to E-Talent's clients, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practices
- Manage recruitment processes including sourcing, and selection of qualified candidates
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, HR professionals, and industry leaders
- Conduct training sessions to support HR processes and policies
- Provide advice and guidance to clients on HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits
- Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices and their relevance to the Oil & Energy industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Knowledge of HR best practices and experience developing and implementing HR policies and programs
- Experience in recruitment processes, including sourcing and selection of qualified candidates
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals
- Attention to detail and an analytical mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations that impact the Oil & Energy industry.
