Roles and Responsibilities
- Daily patient intake and registration
- Answer and respond to telephone calls with professionalism (Patient bookings, follow up calls
- Monitors, tracks and follows up with patients to schedule incomplete and outstanding treatment
- Collect payment from patients at the end of visit
- Manage patient bookings/referral processes (i.e. individual and group appointments)
- Clerical tasks (i.e. scan medical records, mail/petty cash management, filing, file archiving
- Gather, record and update medical, personal and insurance information from patients

- Experience in administrative office environment
- Experience in healthcare or service sector
- Medical office experience
- Ability to speak other languages an asset
- Completion of Medical Secretary Course (medical terminology, pharmacology) - an asset
Job Specification
- Location: 790 Bay St, Toronto, Ontario & 855 Broadview Ave., Toronto, Ontario, - Located near Queen's Park/College/Broadview TTC station
- Must be able to work Saturday.
- Regular office hours M-F 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-3pm.
- Status: Part time, transition to potential Full time
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 18-36 per week
Salary: $16.00-$25.00 per hour
