Founded in 2020, we have made it our mission to empower & educate companies and their employees to take impactful climate action. In different formats, such as the Glacier Climate Academy and our annual Glacier Climate Week, we make climate action tangible and understandable, enabling companies to create real impact. For this, we partner with more than 200 companies such as Microsoft, Verbund, ÖBB, UniCredit Bank Austria, A1 Telekom Austria, Strabag and many more.
THE POSITION
Join us as a Customer Success Consultant, where you'll work closely with corporate clients to master their ESG transformation and achieve sustainability goals. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our clients' success, helping them navigate their journey with our products and services. Your main goal will be to understand their needs and challenges, and proactively provide solutions and support to help them achieve their goals.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a portfolio of 200 corporate clients for their ESG transformation.
- Plan and develop strategic partnerships to drive clients' sustainability goals.
- Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders in the sustainability field.
- Coordinate and lead client meetings to gain valuable insights.
- Analyze customer feedback to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Improve onboarding and customer journey processes.
- Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints promptly.
- Collaborate with the product team to support product development.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer success, account management or client relations
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
- Excellent language skills in German and English
- Strong Accountability and personal organization skills
- Strategic business thinking to identify new business opportunities
- Ability to create proposal for partnerships based on customer needs
