Wages / HR & Debtors Administrator [South Africa]


 
REQUIREMENTS

  • Matric, HR or finance qualification advantageous
  • Five years experience in similar role
  • Knowledge of Sage Pastel Payroll & HR; Sage Pastel Partner
  • Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Office, and Word
  • Good time management and organisation skills
  • Fluent in speech and writing in Afrikaans and English
  • Own transport preferable for timekeeping
DUTIES
  • Reporting into and working alongside assisting the Financial Manager
  • Preparation of Fortnightly Wages on Sage Pastel Payroll, approx. 45
  • Enter wages data into system, print payslips ready for payment by the FM
  • Manage BIBC & Sick Leave Claims
  • Checking attendance & overtime (Uniclox Vision Unique) administration
  • Ensure the attendance records are updated (Absentees & Sick days)
  • Administration of Employee Contracts and files / documents
  • Document warnings and speak to staff member
  • Assisting Labour Law Company with disciplinary of employees
  • Process yearly employee criminal checks
  • Assisting with Skills Development & Employment Equity
  • Weekly & Monthly Invoicing - Sage Pastel
  • Phoning clients for debt following up on outstanding payments
  • Email Customer Statements and recon of ledgers when needed.
  • Assisting with and loading of monthly claims on excel for work completed
  • Typing & sending of customer quotes
  • Assisting with Tender (JBCC) Documentation
  • Manage petrol slips of company vehicles
Salary: R15000 negotiable dependent on experience
