YOUR CHALLENGE
After thorough training on various machines, you are responsible for the optimal functioning of the production department. You have a good knowledge of the entire production process: pre-processing, cutting, blanching, cooling, disinfecting, transporting and freezing of the vegetables. As a production responsible, you ensure that all machines can be started up in a hygienic and safe manner. Where necessary, you solve technical problems in order to achieve optimum efficiency and maximum quality. If the required specifications cannot be reached or if the product does not meet the requirements, notify the person responsible.
YOUR TALENT
You are interested in the food industry and you would like to work in a modern production environment. Through your education or previous work experience, you demonstrate that you have sufficient logical insight to be able to monitor and run a set of automated machines. In addition, You also have a sense of responsibility to ensure that our fresh products are processed into high-quality frozen vegetables.. If you have an active working attitude, you are flexible and willing to work in a shift system, this is definitely a plus!
