Lodge General Assistant
We are looking for a general assistant whose duties will include, but not be limited to assisting in housekeeping, kitchen, front of house and reservations, as well as hosting of guests, and he/she will be required to relieve in all positions, including some management responsibilities when staff are on leave. Staff often dine with guests so it is essential for staff to be presentable, well spoken and confident. The candidate must be totally fluent in English. The position is live in. Accommodation is a serviced en suite room. All laundry and meals are included. Own transport is useful. We work on a system of 7 days leave per month and 3 weeks long leave after 1 year’s service.
Salary: R10000 plus board and lodging. This is negotiable dependent on experience.

Experience:
- 5* Lodge: 2 years (Preferred)
- 5* Lodge Front Office: 2 years (Preferred)
